Our Fitness & Wellness coaching is a package dedicated to give you the tools you need to find freedom in your health, to reach your goals, and to keep you doing what you love for longer!
We give you 1-on-1 fitness training so YOU are the main focus.
We develop personalized fitness programing that fits your busy schedule and your specific needs.
We include wellness coaching so we do not ignore the stress, sleep, nutrition, or other mental, emotional, or spiritual factors that encompass our health and wellbeing.
During an initial evaluation we assess movement patterns, strength, endurance, and mobility to determine the best physical action plan to help you meet your goals while also discussing any other aspirations you have for your mind, body, or soul.
After the initial evaluation, we will develop a personalized wellness & fitness program fit for your goals. This includes daily workouts, mobility and recovery tools, a weekly schedule, wellness tips or challenges, and general nutritional advice.
These 1-hour sessions are unique to you and can include check-ins, 1-on-1 personal training, goal setting, fitness program updates, re-evaluations, wellness coaching, and more.
If we only address your physical body we would be doing you a disservice. We are interconnected and want to honor that. Thus we will go over any emotional, mental, or spiritual goals you have and include services such as general nutritional advice, wellness educational resources, stress management, breathing techniques, meditation, work/life balance, basic spiritual guidance, and more to meet them.
We can meet as often as you would like and as we decide together you need.
We determine this based off of your goals, your budget, and what you are comfortable with.
You are always able to buy more sessions after your package ends. Or come back and see me after 6months/1 year to have a check up and tune your fitness and wellness regime as our seasons of life and bodies change overtime!
Ultimately, you get to decide.

Therefore, if you have any questions, concerns, victories to share, or prayers you want prayed for, you will have access to your coach via phone and email.
$120 includes the initial evaluation and fitness programming.
$60 for every 1-hour follow-up session following.
10 session package for $540 - you SAVE 10% or $60!!
20 session package for $1050 - you SAVE over 12% or $150!!
Besides for the obvious savings, there is a clear reason! I want to cut you a good deal, but I want so much more for you!
When you dedicate your time and commit to a program, you will get better results. When you have accountability, access to the expertise of a coach who is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, and when you can fine tune your fitness and wellness routines while you are learning them, the better off you will be in the long run.
Hope. Renewal. Revival. Freedom. We weren't joking about these things. We want you to achieve your goals and be the healthiest version of yourself you can be!
This program is not meant to be a lifelong crutch either. You will LEARN at every session. You will be CHALLENGED and EQUIPPED with tools to take with you the rest of your life. You will be armed with weapons when stress hits, when busy seasons of life sneak up, or when you have a season of failure.
