Dr. Lee received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Dayton and her Bachelors of Athletic Training and Kinesiology at Miami University. She has been working 8 years in the fitness industry as an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor and works with many athletes, weekend warriors, and wellness rookies.
Dr. Lee understands the frustration of injuries, busy schedules, stress, and other barriers getting in the way of optimum health. From sustaining multiple injuries as a previous track, soccer, and basketball player, to dealing with fatigue as she tried to maintain a healthy balance of fitness, nutrition, faith, and all other healthy lifestyle expectations, she has dedicated time and effort into learning ways to overcome these barriers that go beyond medications and surgeries. She now blends holistic healthcare into traditional practice to give others a better chance at success and to empower them to reach their full potential.
She is passionate about the community around her, enjoying ways of getting involved with Pro-bono clinics, local events, and leading at her church. She is a Co-Founder and Board Member of the non-profit organization, Faith & Fitness, and sets service to others as a main priority in her life.
Dr. Lee loves to travel and cook with her husband and continues to remain active as she runs, climbs, cycles, swims, hikes, lifts, and trains while encouraging those around her to join.
